2. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older, residents of the state of Wisconsin and be a Mix Rewards member. There is no charge to become a Mix Rewards member. Those wishing to participant can become a member at 991wmyx.com.
3. “Bidding” using Mix Rewards points will be conducted Monday, September 22, 2008, beginning at 12:01am and will conclude Friday, September 26, 2008 at 11:59pm CST.
4. Bids may only be placed on-line by Mix Rewards members at www.991wmyx.com.
5. Highest bidder receives (4) four VIP box seat tickets to see Alanis Morissette at the Riverside Theater Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 7:30pm. (ARV = $238.00)
6. Bidding will begin at 991 points and will increase in 100 point increments. This is not a cash money auction. Only Mix Rewards “points” will be accepted during bidding. Points will be automatically deducted from the highest bidder’s Mix Rewards “account”.
7. The highest bidder as of 11:59pm on Friday, September 26, 2008, will receive the items as described in paragraph #5. The highest bidder will be notified by phone on Monday, September 29, 2008.
8. The highest bidder must report to the radio station during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Wednesdays 8am-7pm) in order to sign a release form. Station is located at 11800 W. Grange Avenue in Hales Corners, WI.
9. Highest bidder must bring a photo I.D. to the radio station to verify identity.
10. The tickets must be claimed by the highest bidder by 5pm on Friday, October 3, 2008 otherwise the items described in #5 will not be awarded.
11. Station is not responsible for any hardware or software malfunction or inaccuracy during the auction process. Should a system failure or malfunction occur, the auction will be suspended until the problem is rectified. In the event the auction cannot be completed by the deadline for whatever reason, the auction will be cancelled.
12. In the unlikely event of the concert being cancelled, WMYX will not be responsible for any make good of any kind.
13. Items described in paragraph #5 can not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Items can not be transferred, sold, or re-auctioned, even for charity.
14. WMYX reserves the right to exchange items in paragraph #5 with those of equal or less value if necessary.
