OFFICAL CONTEST RULES/AUGUST 2008
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a WMYX collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI,53130 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.991wmyx.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. This Mix Rewards Contest ("Contest") is operated by Entercom Milwaukee, LLC (“Company”), d/b/a 99.1 WMYX (“Station”).
2. The Contest shall begin on Monday, August 11, 2008. To enter online, log onto www.991wmyx.com. If you are already a registered member of Mix Rewards Program, submit 50 points for each entry, which will be immediately deducted from your account. If you are not already a member, you may join Mix Rewards Program, which is a free listener club, and then enter the contest. Membership is subject to the Mix Rewards Program Service Terms and Conditions (available online at 991wmyx.com), which are incorporated herein by reference. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online registration form are completed and the information is accurate. Once submitted, an entry cannot be revoked, deleted, canceled or modified. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, an entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized registrant of the Mix Rewards Program username and password from which the entry is made. All decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by the Station in its sole discretion. Enter as often as you wish. All entries must be received by Friday, September 5, 2008 by 11:59pm.
How to Win
3. On Monday, September 8, 2008, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. In the event the winner cannot be reached 24 hours following attempted notification or if the winner declines in writing to accept the prize, another winner will be selected via random drawing from the remaining Contest entries. The 99.1 WMYX morning show may announce the grand prize winner the morning the Monday, September 8, 2008. Grand Prize winner need NOT be listening in order to claim their prize.

4. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this contest. Verified winner in this contest will receive: one (1) trip for two (2) people to San Francisco to attend O You! A seminar featuring guest speakers featured in O, The Oprah Magazine and on the The Oprah Winfrey Show. Those scheduled to appear include Suze Orman, Martha Beck, Nate Berkus, Stacy London, and many more. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare from Milwaukee to San Francisco for (2) people courtesy of NWA World Vacations. Hotel accommodations for two nights in San Francisco, California (double occupancy, 2 persons only); and two (2) tickets to attend O You! Saturday, October 23, 2008, at Moscone West. (Total prize valued = $1900.00)
