These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a WMYX (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specifics contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station's studio 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 during regular business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-5pm. Wednesdays 8am-7pm) and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.991wmyx.com. The extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

The Contest will begin on June 6, 2008 and end on September 28, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). The Grand Prize Drawing Event will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at “Pink in the Park”, immediately following the Susan G Komen for the Cure “Race for the Cure” event in Veteran’s Park located on the lakefront in Milwaukee, WI.
There are two ways to enter the Contest:
(a) Listeners can attend a designated “Pink Harley Stop” in order to obtain an entry blank to register to win the motorcycle. Pink Harley Stops will be scheduled at various area locations in the greater Milwaukee area during the Contest Period, and each will last approximately two hours. There will be a minimum of (10) Pink Harley Stops during the contest period. Listen to WMYX, visit www.991wmyx.com, or call the Station at 414 529 1250 for dates, locations and times of these Pink Harley Stops. In all cases, dates, times, and locations of Pink Harley Stops will be announced on WMYX a minimum of two (2) days in advance of a Pink Harley Stop. Persons desiring to enter must register during the announced Pink Harley Stop times only at the announced location. Entries will be accepted during the announced “Pink Harley Stop” times, dates and locations only.
(b) Listeners also may enter by mailing in a standard 3x5 postcard to the Station at Mix Pink Harley Contest, 11800 West Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 with the following information: Name, address, date of birth and daytime phone number (including area code). The Station must receive mail-in entries no later than 5pm (CT) on Friday, September 26, 2008.
HOW TO WIN & PRIZES:
A random drawing from all entries received throughout the duration of the Contest will occur on Sunday, September 28, 2008 from the stage following “Race for the Cure.” Winner need not be present to win. The first name drawn will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Winner will be announced on-air during the “Jane & Kidd Show” on 99.1 WMYX between the hours of 5-9am (CT) on Monday, September 29, 2008. Winner does not need to listen to win. Winner will also be notified by phone on Monday, September 29th 2008 by a representative of the Station. Station will only be required to leave one (1) message at the number provided in entry. If no answer or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact. Potential Winner will have 48 hours to return the call to 414 448 2184 or will forfeit prize. Should the potential Winner be deemed ineligible or not call back within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining entries and notified by phone. Station will only be required to leave one (1) message at the number provided in entry. If no answer or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact. Should the alternate winner be deemed ineligible or nor call back within 48 hours then there will be no winner and no Grand Prize will be awarded.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of entries received.
Prize:
One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize for this contest is one (1) 2008 Harley Davidson XL883L, ESTIMATED VALUE: $7,500. COLOR: Pink (“Grand Prize Vehicle”). Winner, if any, must provide their name, address, phone number, social security number and a photograph of a valid driver’s license within 10 business days following selection as Winner. Winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes. State and/or local sales tax must be paid on the total value of the Grand Prize Vehicle prior to receiving the prize, which is estimated at $435.40 (sales tax) and license and document fees estimated at $275. Winner must provide proof of insurance to pick up. In addition, Grand Prize Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and such prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the 2008 tax year for the fair market value of the vehicle. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be mailed to the winner within 20 business days of winning the Grand Prize Vehicle. Winner will be required to complete all relevant documents and to pick up the Grand Prize Vehicle at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson located at 113th and Silver Spring Road in Milwaukee. A member of the 99.1 WMYX Promotion Department will arrange with grand prize winner and Milwaukee Harley-Davidson the details of the pick-up.THE VEHICLE WILL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS” and Station makes no guarantee as to the quality nor warranty (express or implied) of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to the condition of the vehicle. THE STATION, MILWAUKEE HARLEY DAVIDSON AND THE MILWAUKEE AFFILIATE OF SUSAN G. KOMEN RACE FOR THE CURE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS AND OR MAINTENANCE OF GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE AFTER IT HAS BEEN AWARDED. The Station and Milwaukee Harley Davidson reserve the right to substitute the above-identified vehicle with another of generally equivalent characteristics, condition, mileage and value.
